The pros:
–Cheap
–Fast
–Optionally Healthy
I get (six eggs + avocado) on whole wheat bagel w/​coffee for $ 8.50 which, though expensive, is a good deal for anywhere and more so for NYC.
They have great options like Turkey Bacon (if you are into the health stuff). This probably is not the best place for craft beer etc… because it is small but I will definitely vouch for the simple, fast, healthy am.

Open 24⁄7 great to get packaged stuff, I would be careful ordering anything with cream cheese… Twice I got a bagel with spoiled cream cheese in it… I hope they took care of that…
