I highly recommend Bob to anyone who want to try acupuncture. I had a really bad shoulder and elbow pain (injury) for weeks… He treated my shoulder about 5 – 8 times and I’m pain free, and able to work without pain. He is great practitioner, knowledgeable, and gentle.

I’ve been going to Mr. Sirianni for a couple of years, after trying a few others. At this point, I’ve certainly reached a comfort level for trust and reliability. He’s very knowledgeable and seems to hone in on issues with great results. He’s personable, professional and I always look forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to Bob for a few months. He’s excellent, an incredibly sensitive, knowledgable acupuncturist. I’m always amazed at the depth of his understanding of the body. I’ve had various ailments, and in each case he’s demonstrated remarkable insight into the causes and treatments (including but beyond acupuncture). He’s also a gentle, calming, nice person.
