Dell is a wonderful trainer. He is positive and motivating. I commute from Westchester to get to the gym in the morning, which says a lot because I’m NOT a morning person. But I look forward to the lessons because Dell makes it fun. He works with people of all fitness levels. I haven’t worked out in years. I’m working on weight loss and on improving my fitness level and even though I’m just starting out, he works me at a slow but steady pace of improvement. At the same time he challenges and pushes me. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is an awesome trainer!
