Extremely rude workers in the morning. they do not say HELLO or HI, and they rush you. In the afternoon, a more pleasant woman is there, and that’s why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

This store is not as busy as many of the other Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve been to but the job gets done. I have been here a few times as I work nearby and always open to eating something outside during my breaks. At this location the people who are making the coffee are much faster than the cashiers. My experience today was that 9 customer’s coffees have been made while waiting in line for the cashier to charge 2 customers. However, this should be normal as cashiers at this location basically pack, call the customer, take orders, and receive payments. I won’t say the service is slow because it took 2.5 minutes to receive my order from the time I walked in until the time my order was on my hand with 12 customers ahead of me. I would give them 4 stars but I take away 1 star because they did not have the donut I wanted at 9:08AM. It is fairly early to run out of anything, specially a donut at Dunkin’ Donuts However the service was great and well expedited. Felt like customers were in and out. In the past, I would have given them 3 stars and then lost one for not having my donut but service is a lot better than the time I started coming to this location. Small tweaks can be made and I will probably update my review to five stars because there are just other locations that meet all my expectations as far as service.

They have the WORST staff ever! Always getting simple orders wrong. They’re too busy chatting up a storm with each other.

Okay so I’ve got a lot of love for the squad here. Running a DD in NYC is a pain in the ass on a good day, and people want their coffee fast and without mistakes. So this place can be slow and the orders can get messed up, first to admit that. That being said, I’ve had more than one good experience here as well. AM rush is painful, people are jerks, it’s NYC … The gang could be better on getting orders through, so space for improvement. I keep coming back until I have an experience where I feel I can’t return.

Poor selection, slow service and when you ask for something they never have it or sold out.

I agree with the other comments. If you can go somewhere else go. I tried to go here again today and I ended up overpaying b/c she didn’t give me the combo and instead of shutting up and trying to think and understand what I was saying. She looked at me, dismissed my reasonably concluded and stated complaint and got an attitude with me(eventhough I was overcharged b/c of her mistake). I usually don’t write reviews but this is the third time I’ve been here and they have VERY poor customer service. After the last two times I said uh, I shouldn’t go there anymore, but once in a while you have a taste for DD. However, I think I’m losing any taste for DD and I will NOT return out of convenience.

It amazes me people still come here… rude workers and slow as molasses in the winter time. 10 mins for a coffee and toasted bagel when the place is empty.

NOSTARS! Give me my money back. A line forming out the door. No control. Fck my lazy ass for working next door and not willing to walk to the one on Church the RARE times i end up here… A LARGECOFFEE, skim, one sugar. REPEATS order x3 Repeat order to slow cashier again x3. Watch them yell at each other fcking up orders amongst other customers while she waves my money in the air. I ask nicely, «My change, please». Looks at me., makes a fake move. Goes back to wailing her arms and screaming at her coworkers and manager. Well, ok… I guess Ii’ll wait during rush hour. Tick Tock. Tick Tock. Rips my receipt off the cashier, hands it to me ripped. I rip it again and give it back to her. She throws it on the floor. Back at my office, A LARGECOFFEE, MILK, FIVESUGARS… Way too sweet. I grunt. I hear myself WOWing myself over and over again until I head back down and find myself back on line at DD, waiting patiently. Ignore the available cashier. I’m waiting for the one I just had. «Hi. Can I take your order? NOYOUOBVIOUSLYCAN’T. Here. Take my coffee back. I walk out. Walk to Church St’s Dunkin Donut. Get 2nd cup of coffee correct. Woohooooo… This place is just special. Complain to CORPORATE instead. That show Undercover Boss is inspiring. Incompetence is sure to happen at this franchise to 1 out of 3 customers.

A very convienient location and helpful staff. Everything was very good, I had no problems here whatsoever. The coffee was good, a small breakfast sandwich hit the spot.

I guess it was inevitable. Yeah yeah I know, you told me so. This location has descended into the quagmire of all others. You know — take 6 orders even though 2 people are working the machines, have them argue with each other over who ordered what, have the customers get POed because someone else got their coffee first, be rude to customers who want something extra… like a BAG, have barely any sugar packets left except for some wrinkled soggy ones, no straws except stirring ones, and the cardinal sin, not giving me my receipt, then taking 2 more orders immediately, so that I choose not to piss off other customers by intterupting them. Have added them to my list — will never be in again. Like they care.
