Never even stepped foot into the store, but the manager in recording, Lee, was super helpful! At the Times Square store I was sold a mic stand and a reflection filter that I didn’t think would fit, and was calling to see if I could exchange for something else. He said that they would be able to take care of it, and when I asked if he could cut me a discount at all to rectify the inconvenience of having to make another trip into the city, he said he would take care of me, despite the sales mishap happening at a different location. He called me back five minutes later after having taken out the filter that I bought and figured out why it wouldn’t fit the stand, how to fix it and wanted to catch me before I made the trip out. He was very customer service oriented, and took the time to figure out a problem for someone who ultimately might not even come into the store.
