I always stop at the halal cart. Its a great deal — I like the chicken and rice better than the falafel but either will do. The carts in Brooklyn seem to be $ 2 cheaper then Manhattan. Go easy on the red sauce(which appeared to just be siracha at this stand,) unless you like it super spicy.

Cheap, good, and lots of it. What’s there to complain? I love all Halal Cart food

Flavor, flavor, flavor… lamb and chicken over rice served w/salad and a variety of sauces. Don’t know what they are, don’t care… the flavors were OUTSTANDING. My daughter said this guy overcharged… I told her it was the location that probably made him think he could, but whatever, we loved it. I have no point of reference since this was our very first food truck/cart experience in NYC… we’re such tourists… but it definitely won’t be our last. It was still cheap compared to what else we’ve laid out for lunch $$$, it was fast, and it sure was delish !! One last thing… and it pretty much goes without saying, cash only here. I expect that.
