I was referred to Dr. Compton through another person who was a patient of his. I was anxious about rolfing. However, it proves to be helpful and effective. I would recommend Dr. Compton, especially if you have neck issues.

A series of ten sessions with Jamie cured the chronic shoulder and neck pain that I had since childhood. I still see him once and a while for tune ups with continued great results. Jamie is an expert, highly experienced Rolfer, but also one of those rare finds who seem to have that intuitive touch. I’ve had traditional massage work before but nothing came close to delivering the benefits of working with Jamie,
