I’ve been coming to Dr. Barcessat for a few years now and I’ve been satisfied with the service I receive here. I’m always pleased with Dr. B work, and she helped me find a plan that was financially right for my budget and wasn’t pushy or sells man like. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sometimes the wait to see the doctor can be long. Monday’s seem like a busy day. I’ve recommended many family and friends over the years, and they’re all satisfied with Dr. B service.

I would give zero stars if possible.
First of all, after making an appointment, I waited for over an hour to be seen.
I was directed to sit in the chair in one of the open rooms, after complaining about the long wait time. I asked the front desk receptionists if this was normal, and was told that they are required to give an appointment to any & everyone who calls in to schedule. Perhaps this is their business model for making money. I was led into the room and they did the x-rays. Then I sat and waited again for at least 20minutes.
The place was sterile, smelt like bathroom cleaning supplies. Definitely could use some modernizing, but that is the least of my concerns.

Went there 6 months ago and found the place really dirty and unsanitary looking. But I was impressed with the dentist (who turned out not to be Dr. Barcessat, no idea who he was). Just tried to make a follow-up appointment because I liked him but hung up after being on hold for a half-hour. Go elsewhere…
