One of the BEST customer service experiences of my life!!! From start to finish, my experience with KWH could not have been better. I looked for months for my wedding gown, but never found anything I liked. I was almost willing to settle until… I found something so stunning, simple, high-​fashion and gorgeous on pinterest. After enough detective work, I found out there was a KWH store in NYC, and that the look I loved was BEYOND AFFORDABLE! I was out in NY a few months later, and had 2 incredibly enjoyable sessions with Stephanie. I ended up taking a skirt and combining it with the top from a different dress, and Stephanie worked with me to alleviate all my stress and anxiety about making my perfect wedding gown. Just a few short months later… it arrived… and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It was super easy for my seamstress here in LA to alter, and Stephanie checked in with me several times to make sure everything was going well. In addition, the week of my wedding, I received the sweet hand written card from the company. To say that KWH truly cares about each and every one of their brides is an understatement. I am just madly in love with my dress, and wish I could wear it every day!
Thank you SO much KWH and Stephanie… I’ll never be able to repay you for making me the happiest bride on earth!!!

Cannot say anything more clearly than «I LOVE THIS PLACE». Stephanie, the manager, is one of the sweetest people I’ve come in contact with through this whole process. She was so accommodating, informative, helpful, sweet and nice to boot!
The location is a little hard to find so map it out before you go.
The store is, by far, the most comfortable one I went to (I went to 5!). A little on the pricey side but well worth the detail and love that seems to go into every piece.

What a wonderful experience! I was hesitant to go in because my budget was tight but Stephanie made me feel so incredibly welcome and that my options were open (even with my tight budget). Stephanie was a superstar and I wish I could bring her with me on all my shopping adventures. Also, the shop was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The dresses, of course, were perfect.

The absolute worst customer service of my life. I have never been so disrespected ever. I had a scheduled appointment on 9÷19÷15 and was working with Stephanie. A bride who had an appointment earlier that day returned for a second look in the middle of my appointment. Rather than advocating for me, Stephanie let the other bride take my block, my mirror, and made us wait around for long periods of time JUST to make a sale. I was very disappointed at the store management’s priorities. My friends had to grab accessories and dresses on their own as I was left by myself for 15 – 20 minutes at a time. No apology was offered by Stephanie until I emailed her later about my experience. They do not care at all about customer service unless it is to make a sale. I would never recommend anyone to this boutique.

Gorgeous dresses and wonderful staff made for an amazing experience at KWH where I bought my wedding dress! Stephanie was a pleasure to work with; she made the experience very enjoyable and there was no pressure in the appointment at all. The dresses are all so beautiful that choosing a favorite was hard, but in the end with Stephanie’s help I knew that the feeling I had in one gown made it the one. I left my appointment without purchasing, as I needed some time to reflect — again, no pressure from Stephanie — but returned that afternoon to purchase the dress that I had come to realize was the one!
I absolutely recommend KWH. Between the quality of the gowns and the comfort level I had working with Stephanie, it was a wonderful experience.

Stephanie at Karen Willis Holmes was a joy to work with! She is such a great listener and had no problem understanding my style and what dresses/​veils I would like. She was very patient and responsive to my emails during my search (I went to the store 3 times!). I ended up not finding my dress at KWH but had a wonderful experience shopping here.

Wow… is all u can say… Karen Willis Holmes has it together… From the selection, to the quality, the prices, and the attentiveness and knowledgeableness of the staff… Went with a female coworker, who’s getting married and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff… Definitely making sure my own fiancée will give them the business. Stephanie, the store manager was great, and Diana, the sales associate was sweet, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable… Huge selection of quality, well priced, hand made, custom made models as well as others already made and ready to purchase…

I am in Los Angeles and had a wedding dress disaster!
Freaking out trying to find a solution, I found the «Genevieve» skirt overlay by Karen Willis Holmes online and LOVED it. I ordered right away, but explained my replacement wedding dress was on backorder. Stephanie (sp?) was so helpful and kindly held the skirt overlay for 2 WEEKS until I received my dress here in LA so I would still fit into the 7 day return policy. I received the overlay and it is so beautiful. THANK YOU for working with me! This place is wonderful. I wish I had found this designer before buying my disaster dress somewhere else!

I went to every single wedding store in nyc looking for the right dress for me… After going to different stores, seeing tons of dresses and experiencing different styles of customer service I have to say Karen Willis Holmes in nyc was just perfect. The girls helping me out were down to earth, helpful and lovely and I was lucky enough to have the designer of the dresses there for 2 of my fittings! I found my perfect dress here and everything went so smoothly! The dress had so much detail and it was so comfortable on the day… Thanks kwh!
