Have to agree with prior reviewer — deeply regret having chosen Mt. Sinai. Absolutely impossible to get returned phone calls, basic information, returned emails, etc. Getting follow-​ups scheduled is a mess. Spending nearly $ 8000 to be treated this way is insane.

With all the choices in Manhattan for an executive physical, I am very upset I chose Mt. Sinai. The program managers do not care about the patient one bit. They do not return phone calls, follow up on issues, and are clueless to the problems in their program. I think the doctors were good, they spend an insignificant amount of time with you, and acted like they could not care less about you. DO NOT GO, go to NYU or Cornell instead.

Saw a cardiologist here and the doctor was nice and answered every question that i had. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with health insurance looking for a nice cardiology clinic to go to.
