the place smells like piss with loitering kids and adults. if i was a kid i would be repulsed to do any reading there myself. No wonder the locals school performances are a joke.
There is a certain employee who works at the front desk that is the most laziest, unresponsive, flat affect woman i have ever met. She rolls her eyes as if she’s the queen of sheeba and behaves as if I should repay her with an apology for troubling her highness’ ass.

My kids & I normally love the childrens section located upstairs but today a homeless man came in and the whole place reaked of piss. My son wasnt even able to finish his homework project. Even the receptionist was clinging to a bottle of air freshener for dear life. Ugh!
