Pamela is fantastic. I’ve been dealing with chronic daily migraine, and I go to Pamela every week or two. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever found in NYC. Both strong and gentle. Very communicative, very kind. A wonderful healer.

Pamela is easy to talk with, perceptive and has a touch that gets where the body and mind need it to go. When she met with me she was able to guide me through questions so I could more fully express what I was looking for. At the end she provided me brief and useful observations, that allowed me to stay in my calmed zone from the treatment. She is also reliable with communication in setting up appointments. I’ve already recomended to her a friend!

Before I went to Pamela, my best friend, referred her to me and spoke highly of her and described she felt like her body melt like butter after her session with Pamela!
Two weeks ago, I went to visit her after a long race I completed that morning, so you can imagine how tense and exhausted my body is! Pamela lived up to her reputation and worked her magic. I felt great and even fell asleep because she did such a great job. She worked out all the kinks and tension in my legs, calves, shoulders, and lower back.
Usually, after a race, my body is extremely sore for the next few, but she did such an amazing job I felt refreshed for the next few days and was able to ease back into my training without much problem.
I highly recommend her. She’s personable and fantastic at what she does.

Pamela is fantastic! I went to her while I was pregnant, and was so happy with the prenatal massages she gave me. I had gone to a few other people who mostly surrounded me with pillows and lightly patted me, but Pamela gave me expert, relaxing but firm (at my request) massages that really helped ease my pregnancy aches and swelling. I also saw her for a post-​natal massage and was equally impressed. She is a total pro and a really lovely person on top of it. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone!
