I love Pizza Hut and the new meals they have added especially the chicken delivery is fast and the guys are always respectful

This Pizza Hut has gone down hill so much that I cant give it any more chances. My order has been wrong twice and when you call they really do not care. Not even an I am sorry or an acknowledgement. They do offer to remake the pizza but a lot of good that does when one pizza is right and half of the group cant eat. More than that though the quaility has gone down hill and I always think that is will be better next time and it was just one of those things and anyone can have a bad day but it has not gotten better.. Manhattan is full of pizza places and I am done with this Pizza Hut

This is the absolute WORST Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Unfortunately I keep ordering food periodically hoping for a different result, but after this last order we will not be ordering again. Overall, they have given me the wrong pizza about 3 times(refused to make amends with all of their mistakes) and consistently have undercooked pizza. The most recent pizza was not only undercooked but lacked any sauce, it was merely a bunch of dough with cheese. Skip this place and go to AJs Pizzaria on Moro and save yourself the hassle.

I’m giving this Pizza Hut 4 stars for the lunch buffet. Extremely affordable and when I went, the salad bar was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly. They had plenty of pizza to choose from. So it was a nice quick cheap lunch and I my husband and I got full. So we will definitely go back for the lunch Buffett.

Lunch buffet is not their best work. Pizza on the line is cold and not cut well. Every pizza looks like it was left over scraps.

Well it pains me to write this review because I have been ordering religiously from this location ever since it was built. After this most recent experience I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut. It was supposed to be a pretty straight forward«Carryout» experience. I ordered from home and decided to go and pick the order up to avoid their ever increasing delivery charges. The young lady on the phone was polite and repeated my order accurately. That is where«polite» ends and catastrophe begins. I pull into the drive-thru of this location to pick up my order. I encounter a flamboyantly friendly male who takes my name and retrieves what he thinks is my order. I have already paid in cash for the order. He hands me the order and closes the window. I open up the order and realize the 2 orders of wings along with the large pizza I ordered have been replaced by a $ 10 box meal. I start waving my arm to get the attention of anyone inside to no avail. A delivery driver returning from a delivery sees me and has to walk inside and open the window to assist me. I inform him of the problem and flamboyant returns after I hear misc. arguing inside about what MY problem was. Mr. Flamboyant thinks the error is on MY end and tells me in some rude tones that he will have to «remake» my entire order and it will be awhile. I proceed to tell him he doesn’t need to «remake» anything since he apparently never made the wings or my other pizza in the first place. I explained in a very methodical way that I paid $ 27 for a $ 10 box meal… «doesn’t make sense does it?» Well Mr. Flamboyant now starts seeing the err of his ways, but fails to offer a solution at this point and wants to have a staring contest. I send him on his way demanding my money back and a manager. A somewhat friendly, yet very timid female manager appears at the window only to say nothing. Being the friendly guy that I am I initiate contact and ask if she is the manager. This jogs her memory a bit and she realizes that she is indeed that person. I explain to her what is going on and tell her I just want my money back. She does make the right move in offering my money back AND the food for free. However I was not looking for a handout, I simply wanted my money back. Mr. Flamboyant shows up behind the manager at this point with what appears to be my actual order! Although who knows what has been done to this order in the 5 minutes this has taken. He flamboyantly begins talking over his manager and myself informing me that«See I made a simple mistake. Here is your order right here!!! See!!!» I still demand my money back, refuse my order, and flamboyant gets bottom hurt, throws a few mean looks in my direction including an eye roll that a 16 year old couldn’t even pull off. I get MOST of my money back excluding the coin change and inform the manager that Mr. Flamboyant needs some serious retraining regarding customer service. She says«I’ll talk to him.» I’m not too convinced that will happen, but it’s out of my hands at this point. Ordinarily this incident by itself would not be a terribly huge issue to me, but the way Mr. Flamboyant was so quick to place blame and throw attitude around just tears it for me. This is a deal breaker for me and I will no longer be spending my money at this location. In fact I ended up calling another Pizza place, ordered roughly the same items and it ended up $ 10 cheaper including delivery!
