So Good Jewelry

pretty good stuff. so much crap in there! sparkle all over! :) my favorite things to look at are the necklaces. my mom loves their bracelets.

Unfortunately this location is going out of business, but this has been my «go to» spot for blingy stage jewelry for years and years. The staff is always nice, the jewelry is super cheap and they have some harder to find accessories like blingy hair clips, etc.
I will be sad to see them go, but their 70% off sale has been amazing!
I think there is another location right around the corner on Bleeker Street, otherwise I think they have other locations around the city.

My friend bought me a beautiful necklace for my birthday from So Good Jewelry. It was $ 50 ($ 49.99) and I was so excited to wear it. Right before I put it on, the necklace had a loose ring and after further inspection, I noticed many of the rings were loose and in no time the necklace would have kept falling apart. I went through the whole necklace and tightened all of the loose rings and I’m hoping it will hold up – after all, it’s brand new! For $ 50, my friend and I were shocked it was so flimsy.
TL;DR: It all looks nice, but carefully inspect the items before you buy them (at least the more expensive ones) or you might only get a few wears out of them.

When compared to Earrings Plaza in Korea Town, this place is expensive.
They do have a good variety and the place is well lit and clean.

I was passing by So Good and decided to stop in to look around. They had a huge selection of accessories from jewelry to hair clips. The prices were very reasonable, most things being under $ 15.

So Good is a little West Village gem. A small costume jewelry and accessory shop with a surprisingly decent selection of very affordable items that you would actually want to wear. Some of the items and designs may appear a bit juvenile at first, but if you take the time to browse, you’ll find some really cute stuff.
First time here, while I didn’t have the intentions of buying anything, I ended up walking out with a bunch of different rings. Supposedly, knuckle rings are trending in the fashion world. I figured I’d buy one of those, and it was a so cute and so cheap ring at $ 8.99; not too many regrets there. With a little tender, love and care, I can imagine jewelry like this can last a relatively good amount of time. They are fragile pieces though, so they’re going to need the attention if you expect durability. They also offer sterling silver items which are only slightly pricier by a few dollars. The selection of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings is quite impressive overall. Every wall is lined with blinging accessories. It’s going to be hard to resist looking through everything. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for jewelry for a party, a gift for someone, for a costume, etc., So Good is a wonderful place to shop. Compared to other accessory stores, So Good seems to provide one of the better selections. Their staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

We visit every year (for the past 3 years) and are always impressed by the selection price and value! Must visit stop while in NYC… if you love shiny, need some bling… so Good in Soho is the ticket!
