Does not open at 9 like they say on the door and everywhere else. Ridiculous. The lights are on but no one is even picking up the phone.
Point is don’t lie about what time you’re opening. Now I’m late for my other errands. First and last time I’m coming here.

This is my favorite Vitamin Shoppe, why? They are all basically the same, right? But as with everything else the difference is People! The service in this place is always great, and not just in nice, do your job sort of way, but they are actually well-​informed (or maybe it’s the one woman who I always meet) and helpful to recommend products for your specific question or need that day.

Essentially in and out in less than five minutes, so I really can’t comment on the customer service. The store was neat and a sale associate was sitting behind the counter speaking to another customer. Say your Vitamins and eat your Prayers.
