The Winged Lion is on the corner of Poyntz and 3rd and is a quaint home décor shop that opened last August. I had seen it while driving by but never stopped in until today after I had lunch at Bourbon & Baker.
The first thing I noticed was a nice collection of Michael Aram’s line! I am a big fan of Aram and had no idea I could find his pieces here in MHK. I found a new catch-​all in the hearts line that goes with some of my picture frames and some non-​Aram glass appetizer dishes shaped like oysters. The prices were very reasonable. I was impressed to find an Aram mezzuzzah here — that was pleasantly surprising. There are linens, dishware, candles, décor, and other neat things to explore here.
