Jessica & TTL planned our holiday party this past December for the 2nd year in a row and what a success it was. That’s probably an understatement!!! She did an exceptional job providing us with the best venues (we were looking for the newest hotspot that would impress the staff) and also negotiated deals for us like I’ve never seen. She is filled with creativity and can bring an event to life better than anyone I’ve ever seen. Her attention to detail and ability to tie a theme together blew my mind. Every little thing had a flow. Her staff was also great. We can’t wait to work with them again and I’d highly recommend Twenty Three Layers to anyone!
