Westside Plumbing and Heating

I made an appointment 2 days in advanced to have a plumber come out and do a repair in my home. The appointment was for 11am on Friday ¹²⁄₂₁
at 11:30am I call to find out where the plumber is. My first call resulted in a hang up. The next call the lady on the phone put me on hold for about 5 mins and then hung up. A third call resulted in speaking with a «Sarah» who was really rude and then told me the tech was «on his way». I asked her what that meant (10mins, 20mins)? She told me she didn’t know.
It’s now 12:50 and no tech. Currently on the phone with them again. I’m on hold for about 5 mins now after speaking with a «Dana» who put me on hold.
These people are very unprofessional and I cannot recommend them. Save yourself time and frustration and find another plumber.
