This is NOT a plumber — it is only an answering service. They do NOT back up the work of the service they send out. Leaking toilet, hundreds of dollars later, (PLUS a 3% fee for paying by check !!) and a couple of months later leaking again. Diana at this answering service said we only guarantee for 30 days. So they think it’s acceptable to have a toilet break every 45 days and call for service. The owner is the only one with their business number. «What’s his name?» CLICK. Don not waste your time or money. Deal directly with a plumber.
