I also get to join the wall of shame. Please don’t order from these people. They billed my credit card the day I placed my order(at the time I didn’t realize this had happened). Two weeks later I got the ‘backordered’ email. Two weeks after that I realized they had already billed my credit card without having shipped me a vacuum. I emailed a request to cancel my order(no reply). Five days after that I sent them another email saying I was disputing the charge and that they weren’t answering their phone. That day at work I mashed my redial button 20 to 30 times before they finally answered. I told them I wanted to cancel, «isn’t there anything I can do to change your mind?» was the reply. It’s now 47 days after I placed my order. They still haven’t given me a credit on my credit card. I can highly recommend their competitor: I placed my order with them and less than 24 hours later I HADMYMIELE!

I ordered from Ristenbaat Vacuum online several times. On each occasion they charged my card immediately for items they did not have in stock. Let’s put it this way, if you are very patient and can wait 5 weeks + for an order of vacuum bags, or a vacuum you will be comfortable with their online service. I can understand some things may not always be in stock, but don’t charge my credit card until you have it in stock and ready to go out the door. Not for nothing, while I was awaiting my recent order, I found the same brand named vacuum bags for the same price in a store near my house, and I did not have to order 5 units of them to get the«discount» price. Customer service not great either– they answered the phone once out of 8 times that I called during working hours and completely ignored my emails. No thanks– btw you’re hated.
