Called them for a tow, the guy couldn’t be bothered. I asked him for an estimate and was told $ 6 per mile, $ 90 for the truck, and a fuel surcharge. I had to ask what fuel surcharge was although he expected me to already know this. When I asked when a truck would be available his response was «ehhhhh not for 3 – 4 hours.». I was looking at his parked truck as he said this. I took my business elsewhere.

Frist you need to wonder why this truck is parked in cross walks, yellow zones and the wrong way on the street in front of every bar in Mansfield? ?? Is this O. K if you tow for the police? ?? And what do you think the driver is doing to kill time? ? ?
And a big F Y I bring a jumper box with you when you go to get your car from there yard as they will leave the inside light on to kill your battery so they can charge you to jump start your car as well .If something goes wrong and you need a tow tell them NOT ANNEX AUTO ! ! !
