Waited 15 minutes as the second car in the drive thru for 2 drinks. Isn’t the policy to have someone bring it out to the car if it’s going to be a long wait? When we got our Sprites, they were disgusting. Too much carbonation and not enough syrup. I called to let them know about the carbonation problem and they said thanks and hung up. No offer to replace the drinks or fix the issues for us.

Average fried chicken fast food. I prefer Popeyes which has better seasoning; the chicken here lacked flavor so I had to pour on the hot sauce. $ 6.39 plus tax for 2 piece chicken, a side, and large drink. Not worth it. Too greasy. Breading too dried. Much better to spend your money elsewhere. For a place that specialized in chicken and hardly anyone in line, customers still had to wait around 5 – 10 minutes for their meal. Friendly customer service awaits you next door at Sonic.

Came in at 2pm on a Saturday, waited 15 minutes because I asked for fresh fries and corn nuggets, but when they finally brought the food to the counter and yelled my number for me to come get, everything was very luke-warm. Waited some more for fresh fries and ended up with barely warm chicken tenders. The staff just doesn’t care. I saw no leadership behind the counter either.
