We usually love Panda & always go to this location. Tonight got our usual dinners but everything was off. All bland tasting, rice, noodles, shrimp, beef & broccoli. Plus one of the fortune cookies was hard & inedible. We don’t go out much so to waste $ on a poor meal is disappointing.

This is one of the worst Panda Express I have ever been to and i’ve been to quite a few. Their staff is for the most part very unfriendly and/or incompetent. Simple things like putting straws in to go bags for drinks is too much for them. The worst thing is their portions get smaller and smaller. I ordered a kids meal for my child and it was a big box of rice with 3 small pieces of meat in the corner. I usually order a panda bowl and it only has about 5 – 6 pieces of meat. It’s all rice. Panda Express chinese spare ribs are really good but this location never seems to have them available. They always say they are out. They have a really hard time keeping food ready. That’s why the drive thru line is always SOSLOW.

What the heck happened??? This used to be a decent fast food place. But now it seems that management is on vacation. Placed an order asking for fried rice, was told they were out. They asked, «Would we like to wait 3 minutes? Replied, «No. I’m in a hurry, I’ll have the noodles. «Response from PE «We’re out of those, too — do you want to wait 5 minutes?» Uhhh, really??? 1) If I didn’t want to wait for 3 minutes, why would I want to wait for 5!!! And 2) How do you run out of 2 of 3 of your main products? This should be Restaurant Management 101. Will not be wasting my time here any more.

How do they stay in business? What’s sad is this one is twice as good as the one on 287.

Woman taking orders in drive thru was rushing me a bit. Wait time in drive thru is long, like 10 min at least. My food was hot, had all the right condiments I wanted.

Typically, I absolutely LOVE Panda Express! I’ve eaten at dozens of locations all over the metro-mess. And my new favorite menu item is the Chinese Spare Ribs… they’re moist, meaty and loaded with great flavor and spice! Came in for lunch today and this location is out of the ribs. Extreme disappointment! Claudia was my server and was not very friendly at all. I asked for orange chicken and was trying to decide on a second choice and she asked«What other choice?» I said«How ’bout ribs?»(Obviously a joke.) She just stared at me… After I settled on Teriyaki Chicken, she asked if I wanted any egg rolls or spring rolls. I said«Nah…but I’ll take some ribs.» I could tell from her glare that she was not amused at all. For God’s sake, lady… lighten up! Alex, the gentleman behind the counter with her obviously«got it» and played along, laughing and enjoying my lightheartedness. The fried rice, chow mein, teriyaki and orange chicken were all very good… they always are. But when you’ve got your heart set on something only to find out that it’s not available, it really, really sucks. Then, to be rushed along and stared at blankly by an obviously upset line server??? Boo!

Why does Panda Express close at 10 p.m. and the kitchen is closed at 9:00 p.m. This is ridiculous.

Orange chicken is a little spicy pretty good, Egg rolls good too. The Drive thur was slow but the lady at the window was polite and informative/helpful. Reasonable prices all in all NOT a bad experience.
