The waiters here are rude. We went here and they «lost our food». We did not even get a break from our bill or offered a free desert.

Webster, NY
Very slow service. Little chicken on the southwest salad but a bunch of avocado which was a welcome surprise. Did was very salty. In the end the biggest hit was that it took over 30 minutes to get food and the place want busy.

The food was terrible and the waitress was fairly rude. We went for breakfast so i don’t know if that matters. But we will not be going back.

Chain Restaurant. Chain food. Chain décor. Chain everything. Except the service, thankfully, the waitresses and hostess were quite friendly. Everything else, from the the bland boring food to the perfectly-​matched-​to-​every-​other-​Perkins décor, was exactly what you’d expect, functional, reasonably priced food.

Good olé Perkins. This one was new, and one of the few restaurants in the area. We were driving home from Niagara Falls and stopped for breakfast. The service was good and I was so hungry by the time we found it that I could have eaten my knuckles.
