In my search for a new apartment I could not have walked into a more professional, organized, and courteous office. The staff as extremely welcoming and polite. I met with a genuinely nice leasing agent that showed me around the property. The huge pool took my breathe away, plus there are grills at pool side making the pool so much more inviting.
I have two dogs that will love the off leash dog park.
But the most impressive aspect of Regalia Mansfield is the apartment. The model I saw was an open concept floor plan, with a huge island style kitchen. This kitchen had tons of storage. Also my king size bed would easily fit into the bedroom and the walk in closet was big enough for a small dresser.
Once my your ended needless to say I leased an apartment. I can’t wait for my lease to start!
I would without a doubt recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an adjournment!

The front desk ladies are really nice. However for this to be a new property it has many maintenance and foundation issues to work out. There are cracks out side of my door and all the way down the hall. I can hear my neighbors when they come home and leave, doors slamming, when my neighbors turn their water on I hear it, when they walk I hear it, when a garage door opens my floor shakes and is loud. I feel like I am living back in a college dorm. I can’t wait until my lease us up. Not to mention the horse trailer that has been parked in the parking lot taking up 4 spaces for almost 3 weeks now. And they charge you for trash, admin fee, sewer, and pest control (even if you never use it) monthly. The rent is to high, not worth it at all. You can live in a downtown Dallas high rise with views and shops in walking distance for this price.
