I prefer this Home Depot over the one on Cooper street. I’ve always received helpful assistance and I’ve never been bombarded with people trying to sell me a remodel.

Cant recall a time I’ve been to this store and didn’t have to use self check out as no other registers were open in the main store. Understand the concept of self checkout to check out one or two items and to beat the line. Today — spent 7 minutes in line to check myself out. The self checkout concept is truly being abused to supplement personnel costs with my time and effort and I still have to wait on line to check out. I would have no objections to self checkout to beat a line for my benefit — but when this is the only option and i still have to wait i realize its time to shop elsewhere. With todays focus on the customer experience at big box retailers — home depot is missing the point.

I have to give these guys a five solely for the level of customer service they provided during a major storm. As soon as the store associates received word a major store was coming they quickly assembled all the staff and customers in the most interior place in the building. While in the break room the store associates tried their best to accommodate our situation. They offered popsicles, snacks and drinks. Really nice gesture. Greatly appreciated the store associates considering the safety of their employees and customers. While making the best of the an inconvenient situation.

I’m not sure why my experience has been so different than the other reviews but I have gone here MANY times and have had really horrible customer service. I constantly have to hunt someone down from 3 departments away and then they can’t help in the department I need. I even went to buy a refrigerator and couldn’t find anyone to help me! Then someone started to help me but said he had to go back to his department? The store is clean and well stocked. Great prices.

I’ve purchased everything from this Home Depot the last 20 years! Very nice people. Today I go in there and buy a few items and was also needing a few 2×4’s for a small project. I don’t have a truck so I wasn’t sure if I could wedge them into my car or not. I strategically parked by the exit where you take delivery of larger items like lumber and I asked if I could take this $ 2.982×4 to my car that was less than 50 feet away to see if it would fit. You would’ve thought I demanded their wallets! They looked at each other for awhile and then I was asked«now where’s your car?» I said 50 feet straight ahead! Reluctantly one of them made an executive decision and said«ok I’ll watch you, go ahead.» HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ITWASLESSTHAN a $ 3.00 Piece of Wood! I’ll continue to do business there but Really?

Walked right into the gardening section and it wasn’t busy. Was able to walk around and look at the all of the plants and flowers. Needed to find plants good in full sun and all plants were labeled well. Asked some gardening and plant questions and they were very helpful.
