MacReboot

My brand new Macbook screen was shattered and this guy helped me set up a temporary display by phone and researched what I would need to fix the issue. He was honest and gave me fast solutions to get by until I had time to get it properly fixed.

Nathan is everything you could hope for in a mac tech. He is reliable, affordable and pays attention to the detail of his work leaving no loose ends. I had a liquid spill on my macbook, the screen went bad and the keyboard was nasty. I went to his repair site and watched him do it all in 30 minutes. He swapped my screen and the top keyboard panel and wiped out all the oxidation he saw during the swap. It seriously looks and feels new out of the box. well worth what i paid. what he did in 30 minutes would have taken me the better part of a rainy day.

Repairing & upgrading anything Apple-​related can get really expensive, so I was pretty surprised when I first found Nathan’s website. It went like this:

I have since brought back other Macs to Nathan for fixes & upgrades, and tell many friends about his awesome service. It’s so refreshing to have someone this reliable.

Nathan is amazing! I called to make sure that his service was legit because I couldn’t believe the prices that were on the website. He gave me a rundown of what they would do and how they would check the laptop for any other problems and next thing you know, I’m shipping my laptop off to Studio City.
The service was quick and definitely reliable. I was updated on what was going on with my lap top and when it shipped. I sent it on a Thursday afternoon and got it back on Wednesday morning. (my laptop took until saturday night to get there, they don’t work on Sundays and so on Monday he fixed my lap top and sent it back that same day).
I have never seen my laptop any better! The broken LCD screen and my broken glass screen are gone!!! :D

I can’t recommend MacReboot highly enough.
I’ve put up with a problem with my 2007 macbook’s LCD panel for over a year, just because I thought it would be too expensive to fix. I finally did a google search and found MacReboot. I sent an email describing the problem and within an hour or two I got a phone call asking for more details.
I shipped my macbook off shortly thereafter and it was fixed on schedule, and back in my hands the day they promised. I can’t say enough good things about MacReboot. Every email I sent was responded to within an hour or two. They really were terrific.
