I had a stellar experience at Best Buy Mobile. My phone died a few months back and I was dealing with a very old replacement phone. The phone I selected was out of stock at the Verizon store I had been to in the past and in stock here. I was so glad I came here as Donald was extremely helpful, not pushy, and took the time to get everything set up for us even when it was pushing 9pm on a Saturday night. After dealing with schmoozy and incompetent employees at other stores, this was a welcome reminder that good customer service still exists.
