I’ve been to this groomer about three times. She does a great job with my puppy Mimi. She really works with me on my scheduling needs. I like the appointment set up and there is always a courtesy reminder call. My puppy is so happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up! I like the way my puppy is groomed, and I can always count on good puppy advice when I need it!

I’ve used this groomer before and wasn’t that impressed with their work. I’ve been traveling most of the summer and was unable to get an appointment at a preferred groomer. I came here in a humble since it’s been a heat wave I have a shih tzu whose fur desperately needed to be cut. The woman working the front desk then began to ask me why I didn’t call ahead and when I told her that I’d been somewhere else and I thought I’d drop by because I lived so close she then began to chastise and berate me like a child and then told me verbatim ‘BYE’ and waved me away. I told her that she shouldn’t speak to customers that way.
I often try and support minority owned businesses and it’s a shame that this one fulfills such egregious stereotypes. Even if I was wrong for just dropping by I would assume that a business would be professional enough to treat each and every customer with respect.
I would absolutely NEVER patronize this business and suggest that you do the same. There are far too many other local more cost efficient and better options than this place. I wish there were a negative star option I could give because 1 star is far too positive for it. Steer clear.
