I take reviews very seriously, particularly in the case of recommending a physician as I always rely on them myself, that said I can assure you that I have had wonderful experiences with both the office staff and nursing staff at the Balconies Pain Consultants in Marble Falls during the numerous occasions I have been in the clinic.
I have a terrible back problem, and have been in Major pain for several years, in trying to avoid the spinal surgery two surgeons have recommended I have been to several pain management doctors in my area and have undergone several painful steroid injection sessions to no avail.
Well…Dr. Ozuna did it!
He has eased my suffering for the first time in nearly 4 long years and it was a completely painless procedure! The staff was great, they always are caring and considerate. I don’t know why the first reviewer had such an experience/​opinion, but please do not let an old review stop you from meeting Dr. Ozuna, he truly made such a wonderful difference in my quality of life!
If you are in the Marble Falls area in my opinion… this is the best pain management in town!

«Letting you guys know I cancelled my appt this morning at the Marble Falls location appt was at 9am asked to come in 30mins early, arrived at 8:35am receptionist was rude and condescending «What time was your appt?» she asked, I replied «9am but asked to come in at 830» Receptionist: «Oh, you know it’s 8:35, that’s not 8:30 you know» gave her the new patient forms. Receptionist: «Oh you didn’t get the right forms» I am a geek I printed them straight from your website as instructed. Then in a rude tone: «Well, now you have to fill out the correct forms» My reply: «How about we do this, cancel my appt» and then left.
Never in my 46yrs Have I been treated with such disrespect and rudeness…
