I called Puleo’s at 10:30 am for a leaking hot water system, and our problem was fixed, including replacing 2 significant parts, by 11:40. And the price was reasonable. Terrific!

This is an excellent local plumbing company.
We have used Puleo twice in the last two years and both times were great experiences.
We got a fast call back — not very common, in my experience. After that they had a truck to our house pretty soon.
The plumber who came to the house was very professional and great about explaining the problem and his proposed solution. I know NOTHING about plumbing and having someone who was not condescending and helpful was great.
Soon after, his boss called me with an estimated price that was very well explained and, in my opinion very fair. The actual billed price was actually on the low side of the estimate!
The work was quick and well done, as far as I can see. The plumber who did the work was very careful to clean up after. It truly looked like no one was ever here.
It is great to have a reliable, professional company to rely upon when you need them.
Puleo was a great help to me and I hope you give them a look too.
