pleasantly surprised very clean well appointed rooms fairly large fridgerator and a microwave great cable. wonderful surprise for a motel in Maricopa. the pool looks awesome too.

This is a dive motel.
We had 2 rooms and We stayed 2 days… 2 days too long.
Stains on the sheets, stains on the chairs. I would be afraid to take a Blue light into these rooms. 1 room was not cleaned or housekeeping just forgot it.
The pool is half drained. Oops, they forgot to tell us that.
No coffee makers in the rooms, and the office (the only coffe) does not open until after 6:30… Way to late.
what a dive!!!

Very nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and the room was super clean and very nice. Came with a flat screen tv and a huge couch. Big beds. It’s located in a small secluded town with nothing in it. But if your looking for a nice hotel with low prices. This is the place. Overall great stay. No complaints.

THE GOOD: Way beyond my expectations. The room was spotless, newly renovated and comfortable. The staff was amazing. They accommodated every need despite request that were outside the scope of what they were expected to provide. Did not make a fuss about a late check out. Large fully equiped suites for ridiculously low prices.
THE BAD: Small, desolate secluded town. If youre from the big city you may be a bit queezy staying here.
ALL IN ALL: My only non restaurant review. Yep, it was that nice of a stay!
