Awesome staff at 1250 West. Renovations are everything and the roommate floor plan is very spacious. Noise level, hardly any noise since our apartment was in the back. Any problem my roommate and I had they were on top of it. GREAT customer service overall. Only reason I’m moving is because of the location, other than that it was a great stay within the last year. S/O to Tinika and Analia! :-)

I have never been one to write a review on apartments; however, I have had nothing but a positive experience being a resident of 1250 West and I wish to express that. Here you will find an active and supportive community where staffing knows your name, which I find exciting and comforting. Maintenance service requests are completed in a timely manner, paying rent online is convenient and announcements are over communicated, however; I see that as a positive being that my professional and personal life can often become a bit hectic. It is a beautiful property inside and out and I would certainly recommend others to reside here.

Not anything like Ashley mill. Section 8 not allowed and the old tenants are moving out to make way for the new residents. Worth checking out!!! Upgrades are worth it.

This is where I currently live, and it is serving as a patch until I move somewhere a little more permanent after I graduate! First of all, we got a really great deal through Chris in the leasing office. He did us a solid after a slight mix up on both ends, and is really a great help with everything on site. If you’re interested in moving in, let him know I sent you! The apartment for the money is unbeatable. No, it’s not luxurious with super plush carpet and granite counters like some places-But you won’t find a better space with as much space with a view(did that make sense? Oh well). This community is on a lake, and there is a pool, tennis court, weight room, and even a raquetball court! That in itself is unique. There are a couple of gripes, even if not big ones: –When we moved in, we were told that the lake there was stocked. I thought to myself, «Booyah! I don’t have to find a new place to fish!» However, I’ve fished quite a bit there now, and have caught exactly 1 fish… That looked more like a guppy. Again, not a major gripe, and it doesn’t affect around 80% of the community. –Next, the gates are almost always broken, or the other residents or guests always zoom around you when you’re trying to get in the place. The resident’s entry is a bit awkward to drive through. So if safety is your thing, you might want to keep looking. –I can’t tell if the floors are really thin at my apartment complex, or if the people that live above me eat bath salts and do cartwheels upstairs. It’s hard to tell. Either way, I hear every move they make, and it commonly sounds like they drop bowling balls or dead bodies. It’s a little concerning.
