9Round Kickboxing Fitness – Marietta

I tremendously enjoyed my experience! I cannot wait to get back to the Woodstock location with my mini me! Love that its a Mommy Daughter activity that we can do together! I am going to be honest the first workout kicked my bum bum, the second, I thought I was going to pass out, the third time I took a girlfriend and we had a great time! The trainers hold you accountable and they are encouraging, they don’t make you feel ackward or turn their noses up because you are out of shape.
They modify the workouts to your comfort level and they help you every step of the way. My only issue is the coordination as you count to three while the little punching bag ball flies at your face. I know I must look crazy and the trainers are patient and helpful. At the end of every workout you feel more and more powerful! I am on a get my sexy back mission and I am loving my journey at 9 Rounds so far!
