Let me start with the positives. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. Their price beat everyone else by a huge margin. We were excited to find such a great company for our neighborhood fall festival. We needed several tents, tables and chairs to accommodate the many vendors and neighbors we were expecting from noon until 4pm. The delivery guys called the night before to confirm their delivery time of 8am the next day. The next morning, they called at 7:30 to say they were at the location. This was great because we had lots of tents to set up and in my mind, the earlier the better. We met them and gave them a diagram of the street with the locations of all the tents, tables and chairs. We then made signs to mark on the ground so that the 4 man crew knew where every tent was supposed to be placed. So far so good! So why a 1 star rating? Well, the event was to start at noon. The delivery crew was still setting up tents at noon. Vendors were standing around waiting to set up their space. These vendors had paid for the space at our festival, and we did not have tents ready for them at the start of the festival. Out of frustration, we told them the last tent was not necessary. We had a crowd already there and we needed to focus on the event. The head delivery guy just told us to call after the event to get a refund on the tent we did not use. When we called, we were told that they could not give us a refund because they were unable to rent that tent to anyone else. Does that make sense to you? We cancelled because they did not deliver it on time! Not because we changed our mind. Moral of the story: I should have listened to the other poor review before sending the money to this company.

Since this is my first experience with renting party equipment, I can only go by this experience and cannot compare to another. The best thing about this company is the payment/documentation process… once they had my money, I was pretty much at their mercy. The most frustrating thing is the communication. When I was asking about the equipment, I was getting one word answers. I ended up renting a 2 bowl frozen drink machine and two(5 gallons each) mixes for specialty drinks. My party was on a Saturday night. On Wednesday when final payment was due and processed, I called to get an approximate delivery time for Saturday… and after many follow up calls(BYME) Cathy told me it would be on Saturday at some point and they would give me ½ hour notice before they got there. On Friday, the delivery person called to tell me he was at the venue ready to drop the machine off… my party was on Saturday. I spoke to Cathy in the office, and with no apology, she said the machine would be dropped on Saturday AFTER3PM. At 1030AM Saturday, the delivery people were there to drop the machines. They had to wait 15 minutes for me to get to the venue, and they did and were very nice. I crossed my fingers and prayed the machines would work as expected, because up until now, there was zero support. David, the delivery person, said he would be in the area until 5 if there was any problems with the machine. Again, David was professional and very nice. The party went as expected, there were no glitches with the equipment. My pick up was scheduled for Monday, as they will not pick up on Sunday unless you pay them extra. I explained to David that I needed at least 15 minutes to get to the venue, and he assured me someone would call me Monday with a pick up time. At 9am I spoke to David, who unfortunately was not picking my equipment up. At 905 I spoke to the office, they said they would call back with a pick up time. At 1030 I called the office AGAIN, they promised to call me back with a pick up time. At noon, I started to call the office again. NOONE answered the phones, the messaging system was full and I could not leave a message. This went on for 1 ½ hours… at 130 the delivery person called to give me my 15 minutes notice. I raced over to the venue to let them in. They were very professional, again. These machines were not inexpensive to rent… I would expect some modicum of customer service… there is literally NOCUSTOMERSERVICE at this company, except for the delivery people. I would not recommend or use this company again.
