Allstar Cleaning

After reading the good reviews on Unilocal I called AllStar Cleaning to set up a surprise cleaning for my dad a week before Christmas while he was gone (he lives like a total bachelor so his house isn’t the cleanest). Courtney and Marnee were the two women that were sent to my dad’s townhouse. I asked them to do a deep cleaning of the first floor and to cap the cleaning at 2.5 hours. To my surprise, they didn’t need the entire time which I thought to be very honest of them (because they could have continued to work or said they were working to get paid the full amount I was willing to pay). So for the space and time it took them it came to $ 105. Since I didn’t want my dad to know about the cleaning we both left the house and I had Courtney and Marnee text me with questions, updates, and to let me know when they were done so we could return home. They even left a box of chocolate truffles — how sweet! Since I explained that the house belongs to my dad who doesn’t do very thorough cleaning courtney and marine gave me tips on things to use to keep the place clean, which I really appreciated. This is my first ever experience using a cleaning service and I highly recommend AllStar Cleaning.

The person was late getting to me and did a fair job. I was disappointed and will not use this firm again, coupon or no coupon.

We bought our home last year and the previous owner used Allstar, so we decided to continue the service and see how it went. They are personable, friendly, professional, courteous and they do a fantastic job in our home. I love coming home on the days that they have come by and enjoying how great the place looks! Katie is one of the owners (I believe) and she has been nothing but professional and pleasant to interact with. We definitely recommend Allstar!
