Better Baseball

Phenomenal customer service! Took my son here to get him some new cleats. They didn’t have the reds one he wanted in his size. He started crying about it and the guy that was helping us did wonderful on changing it around and getting him to like another pair that actually looked way better anyways. The guy also gave my son a baseball necklace he was looking at as a gift for not having what he originally wanted. My son walked out happy and so did mom!

Best place for all your baseball needs. They spent two hours working with my son to make sure he got the best bat for him. Great prices and great staff. This is where all our baseball business will go from here in out.

I purchased a coupon on
for my nephew and bf for Christmas 2012. The coupon clearly reads that it expires in 6 months BUT of course these guys dragged their feet on going — as much as they challenged each other about baseball [both of them played as adolescents], no one seemed to make an appointment to go until I badgered them about it. Finally 6 ½ months later, they decided to try it out. I went with them because I wanted to keep score of how many hits each of them had. As soon as we walk in, the attendant was super cool. He asked them if they had their own bats and if they didn’t, they had free range to use a used bat or a bran new bat as long as one of them left an ID. He asked if they had groupons, but because they were pretty much booked for the day, he offered them 30 minutes for the day and they were welcome to come back another day for a full hour. Awesome. Not realizing that I only needed to purchase one coupon for the both of them because there wasn’t a limit to how many hitters are in a cage. I had no idea. I guess they now have an extra coupon to use.
This place has everything. I noticed some things outside in the back. Everything you need for baseball. Turf and all. There were some workers out front digging holes. I guess they’re cleaning up the place. It is a little congested out front but who cares. The customer service inside is the business. I cant wait to back with them. I plan on swinging my bat and hitting a couple of balls myself.
Don’t think twice about coming to this place — they should rename this place to «Everything Baseball»

Great prices and great staff — I go here for all my baseball needs. Any baseball fan will be in awe of their store, you wont find another place in the SE that has everything you are looking for and lets you try it out before you buy.
