I just have to say this is the nicest and friendliest Boost Mobile store I have been in! the last 2 locations I walked into the customer service was lacking and the people were not knowledgeable or helpful. All they wanted to do was to try and sell my wife and I the most expensive phones which we didn’t want… The customer service in this location was GREAT!!! they had what I wanted assisted in the setup and got me on my way. I will be shopping for all my Boost stuff here! I love this Place! Brad D. Ames

This location is a little hard to find. If you’re driving down Cobb Pkwy — you can’t actually see the plaza at all. And the sign /marquis listing all the businesses in the plaza is pretty much obscured by the marquis of the plaza you can actually see.(And I was further thrown off by the fact that the plaza I COULD see houses a Metro PCS store — so for a minute — I was thinking my Google results had turned up an older — no longer accurate listing.) You can also enter the lot from Terrell Mill — but once again — you cannot actually see the plaza from the street. If you’re familiar with Lahore Grill — they’re in the same plaza just two doors down. The ladies here were very friendly — but the phones just don’t seem all that sturdy. And I was actually a Boost Mobile customer for years — but customer service sucked. If you had any problems with your device — you were pretty much on your own. Technical support was English-challenged and hard-to-reach to boot. They offer: $ 40 — Unlimited talk, text & data* Includes 500MB of high speed 3G/4G data $ 50 — Unlimited talk, text & data* Includes 2.5GB of high speed 3G/4G data. $ 60 — Unlimited talk, text & data* Includes 5GB of high speed 3G/4G data. These plans had me a little confused because always thought 500MB, 1, 2, 3, 4GB, etc referred to how much data you had available each month. So if that’s the case then why are they saying these plans include unlimited data. Maybe the unlimited refers to talk & text and that’s why they slap asterisks all over the word ‘data.‘ And signing up for ‘shrinkage’ plans gives you discounts if you pay your bill on time for so many consecutive months.
