My brother works here so I have no choice but to give them 5*!!! I will say they are always very fast, don’t have to worry about a long wait at all.

Okay… so I have been away from Unilocal for over a year and when I come back… it has to be a complaint? Why…Oh Why? There’s two things that BK has that I like… Their Original Chicken Sandwich and their Whopper. Today, for lunch, I decided I was going to go through the Drive Thru of my local BK, because I wanted to get back home to finish my homework. I ordered the #9(Chicken Sandwich) with Onion Rings instead of Fries and a Diet Coke. I made it large. I got up to the window and was met by Erica, who was friendly. We did the whole transaction thing, I got my food and drove off. Me being in the quick service business, I should have checked my order. When I got home, I found I had my sandwich, Fries and a Large Coke. Now I was upset. I called down and spoke to Jason, who said he was a manager. I explained my problem and he immediately offered me a replacement for my Onion Rings. He said it happens«Oh…about once a week, with our speed of service, we do make mistakes.» I told him I wasn’t interested in a replacement, I just wanted to let him know so he could fix the problem. Jason then said that he would replace my whole meal. Again, I told him that I did not want a replacement and that all I wanted was him to fix the problem. He said that he will go and talk to the people bagging the food to ensure they are doing their jobs properly, since he has not been on the floor all day«and that makes the difference». Here are my issues: Wrong food — explainable… it happens Jason is a manager and hasn’t been on the floor all day, but when he is «it makes the difference» — if this is the case and you know this… why not BEONTHEFLOOR? Especially during LUNCH! Jason’s name is on the ticket on the bag — There could be more than one Jason that works there, but who knows! I own and operate a quick service restaurant myself, but would never NOT be on the floor during any type of rush period! I also find it interesting that BK has done away with their 800⁄877 customer complaint/comment number and it has turned into a 305 number(long distance from a land line. They also have no way to contact them via internet either.
