Cake Shop

This is near where I work and I’ve stopped in for cupcakes every so often and it’s always great. Sometimes service can be a little slow but nothing too bad.
When I got sick the week of my daughter’s birthday, I just couldn’t make her a cake myself so I ended up getting a same day order on a Pokemon cake. I have to admit after seeing reviews here I was nervous about doing it even though I knew how good the cupcakes were. They saved me! The cake was delicious and looked great. There were no problems. Got a confirmation soon after ordering and everything went off without a hitch.

The worse experience ever! I went to the shop and ordered a cake. When I came to pick the cake up, it was a totally different cake… not what I ordered at all. The lady explained that «it was just a misunderstanding». She stated that after the event, I needed to bring back all the decorating pieces that were used on the cake so that she could request a refund from corporate. The following Tuesday, I brought back all the pieces that were used on the cake. The lady stated that she was still working on the refund and that I should call back in a week. I did just that… called back a week later and still no answer regarding the refund. I waited another week and called back… this time she hung up on me twice. Now every time I call the lady, she hangs up once when she hears my voice. I ended up having to contact my bank and the Better Business Bureau regarding this company.
