China Dragon

I called to place an order for delivery, and was very pleased when my food arrived. I was expecting for my food to get here a little longer because the guy had said it would be maybe about 40 mins but it was less than 40 mins! The food is great and fresh and very very tasty and scrumptious and at an inexpensive price! I will definitely keep ordering from China Dragon!

Great for delivery and take out. The do special orders and the vegetables are very fresh. We are regulars.

Wonderful soups (hot and sour my favorite), enters are nice. Best fried chicken wings around. Kung Pao is good, so is egg Foo yung.

Fast and fresh delivery! Great quality as well never had a bad dish here! Some of my favorites are the sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, the chicken and broccoli also yum!

The first time we ordered I placed the order online as a delivery but decided it would be faster to pick it up. I called and was able to change to pick up without issues. The food was ready on time and was so good. We ordered the crab rangoons, wontons, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and the cashew chicken.
The second time we ordered I placed the order online again and this time I requested to substitute lo-​mein noodles for the rice. I got a call as soon as the order was placed to let me know the noodles would be more than the rice. I appreciated that they called instead of just charging me extra without telling me (or waiting until I picked it up). Again the food was great!
We will definitely order from here again!

I ordered delivery kids sweet and sour shrimp and a shrimp Lo main. The food was delicious. The sweet and sour shrimp was more so of largely minced shrimp deep fried in a savory batter. Delicious! The Lo mein taste good too. A little bigger than salad shrimp was used throughout. No cutlery was delivered with the food. And delivery room 55 minutes. The delivery person was clean. I will order again when I’m in the mood for Chinese.

I find this to be the best Chinese delivery in Marietta. I am always please with delivery time and the food is great. The shrimp seems to be a better quality then some and they have spicer options that I find more flavorful.

I’m giving this 4 because it beats most neighborhood Chinese restaurants. I could tell the ingredients were a fresh and I got a lot of food too. Very good value. I’m not rating this like I would a high profile restaurant. Great for what it is.

Best Chinese around. Ordered delivery once and they forgot my soup. Other than that, nothing bad to say.

I haven’t been motivated to write a review in a very long time, but my experience with China Dragon was enough to get me to break my dry spell. We ordered delivery through GrubHub. The food arrived about an hour after ordering, but without rice for the entrees. We called in to ask why there was no rice with the entrees, and were told that we «didn’t ask for rice». This was our second time ordering from China Dragon. The first time, all entrees came with rice. At every other Chinese restaurant I’ve ever ordered delivery from, the entrees came with rice. I’m not sure what changed. We objected, and they backtracked and said they’d send out the missing rice «immediately»…
An HOUR and 15 minutes after hanging up, I called back to ask about the status of the rice. I was told that the driver just left and would be arriving shortly. About 20 minutes later, we got the rice. Of course the food is cold my now and needs to be reheated. It was stomach-​turning. I’ve had better quality from a mall Panda Express. Even if eaten hot, the quality was absolutely bottom-​tier.
Bad food. Terrible service. Avoid.

I have ordered here about 5 times and they have gone from great to just ok. Very disappointed because they had great chicken wings and fried rice. The shrimp does not taste like shrimp but a very strange texture of pink food. I am not sure if I want to try them one more time.

I wish I could provide a negative number (–5). I placed an order through EAT24 for simple convenience. I was given a quote online of 45 –60 minutes. I looked at the order status and they provided a 60 ETA.
Basically I called them after 1 hour and 15 minutes. They said the order was on the way. I made another call at 1 hour 30 minutes they told me the driver would be there in twenty minutes. After a two hour wait I was told the driver is still coming. Keep in mind they never apologized for my inconvenience. They just kept placating me with empty words. I told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. Still no words of apologies.
EAT24 promptly responded. Would I use EAT24 again? Probably. Will I ever try China Dragon again? Absolutely NOT.

Excellent Chinese food. Some of the best in the area. I have been going to this place for years. the delivery is always fast, the food is always hot and fresh, and they always give you something free if your order is a certain amount, such as a drink or donuts or Rangoon. I love their spring rolls… They are always fresh and crisp and never greasy.
They have excellent lunch combination meal as well as family dinners. the food is always good even on the next day.

This place is by far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered Garlic shrimp and it only had 4 pieces of shrimp, celery, carrots, and onions. The food was not worth the $ 9.00.

We went there for take out and were very delighted with the quality and freshness of the food. Hot and sour soup was wonderful which included the usual tofu pieces along with some fresh mushrooms, delightful! Sesame chicken was top notch. The chicken was so tender and fresh. Also had chicken and broccoli, was good quality, As was the green pepper beef item we ordered.
We did not eat in, but while it is a small place, the seating looked much more comfortable than most take-​out places. Booths and tables.
The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly.
I am happy that we happened upon this place. Would definitely eat in or take out again.

Neither here nor there. I liked the fried rice. It was not too eggy like other take out places. I also liked that the lemon chicken had actual chicken breast chunks and not just dark meat. Other than that the food was a little bland including the spring rolls. The hot and sour soup had a lot of pepper in it and was just completely off. Not in a spoiled way, it just didn’t have good flavor. In the least, the food served its purpose as being quick and convenient while working through lunch.

Ordered for delivery, the woman who took my order was rather snippy. I got the moo goo gai pan dinner special and the food didn’t taste like anything! The chicken was rubbery and the vegetables were bland. The fried rice was more like dried rice, it was hard and chewy. The egg roll was just boiled cabbage in a soggy wrapper and the hot and sour soup was watery. Even my fortune cookie was stale! At least the can of Coke tasted good… I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Since the new ownership, the food is a bit better. Too Americanized. No fresh garlic, or fresh ginger in any dish… have asked. It’s good in a pinch, but not my go to place. Their take out/​delivery business is what drives this restaurant. Make sure to check your order… no onions, no scallions, yet there was a plethora of both in our entrees. Food gets cold spending my time picking out what was ordered MINUS those two items. The mu shu chicken is good. The wonton soup can be either bland, or very salty. If you enjoy the average, run of the mill Chinese restaurant, then this restaurant will satisfy you. My taste buds need more of an adventure, and for that, I recommend Tasty China… less than 10 mins. away, and worth the short drive on the S. Marietta Pkwy, @ the corner of Franklin Rd. FRESH garlic, ginger, and herbs. REAL Sichuan, and no onions or scallions in our take out orders.
