I wish there was an option for zero stars. After 2 years of loyalty… we were treated like trash being kicked to the curb. I can only hope that CAH monitors this and reaches out. Almost time to renew a 3rd term and so very glad we did not. Two years of terrible customer service and poor maintenance… we are glad to be done even though we are totally upset at the way it happened. I feel the need to let others know that if you are locked into a good rate… they will start causing issues to get you to leave. Our home is now listed for several hundred per month more than what we had. No big surprise there. Renters beware. Poorly ran company.
