Absolutely terrible service. First off the driver went to the wrong location, waited 45 minutes AFTER she left to call me and verify the address. Then after promising to contact me – NEVER DID— then the shop calls me 2 days later and says that if want the cookies I paid $ 100 for that I would have to pay $ 20 for a redelivery fee. I spoke to the manger and she said that she would not be willing to waive the $ 20 given how much they had already messed up. I am AMAZED at the fact that they are willing to risk reputation over $ 20. I have been using this company (not location) for over 18 years and this is the first time I have had this experience. NOTE TO POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS — USE DIFFERENT LOCATION AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED IF YOU MUST. THIS LOCATION ONLY CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. WE ARE NOT THEIR PRIORITY. note to the store — hope you enjoyed eating my $ 100 worth of cookies. Terrible service.

I absolutely LOVE these cookies, so many designs and they do all kinds of custom orders too! I came by to inquire about an order and bought a couple of the chocolate chip cookies and they are delicious so much flavor! These people know what they are doing, I look forward to ordering soon :)

Considering I spent $ 45 for 12 cookies (including delivery charge). I definitely won’t be patronizing this company anymore. The cookies literally had very little flavor. I appreciate all natural ingredients as much as the next guy — but those all natural ingredients can make much better cookies.
I had these delivered to my husband’s work for his 30^th birthday. What a disappointment!

This place makes the cutest Cookie Bouquet’s! — want cookie roses? or cookie bumble bees perhaps? this place has it! and also makes a limited assortment of cookies. (this place is more of the place to go to to purchase gifts then a bakery) I’ve bought their decorated cookies before and they are just as cute as they are delicious!
