CVS Pharmacy

I rarely write negative reviews… especially for CVS, but I just had a HORRIBLE experience. I have lived in NY and LA for the past few years and I always look forward to my time in Georgia for the warm and friendly customer service. I just visited this CVS pharmacy and I informed the pharmacist assistant Brittany that I would need to update my information as I have not been there in a while. She literally rolled her eyes and me. She was so rude that I asked her if everything was OK wanting to understand why she would so instantly and blatantly be so unkind towards me and she responded «ya» and continued to enter my information with a straight face. It was very unprofessional and disappointing from the CVS I have been frequenting since I grew up down the street. I will not be returning.

I’ll go with what Tom W. says. It’s a CVS. There really isn’t anything bad about them except for their locations. I have been to ones in less savory areas and they are holes but in east cobb you get what you expect.
