Family Dollar

One word GHETTO! The manager, mist clerks and some customer service. The «Manager is always on his phone and very unprofessional! I just added family dollar to my do not visit for shopping! I would give it negative stars if I could becAuse its ranked right at the top for lousy with Walmart.

Who gave this place 5 stars??? I avoided writing a review for this place for the longest because there was so much to write about.
On my first visit about a couple of months ago, I came here for cleaning supplies on Saturday evening, a freaking radio was being played, not out of the speaker but someone’s personal device with No filter, and the cashier was having a full on conversation on his phone and was hand signaling me so that we did not disturb the person that was talking on the other end of the phone. No hello, No Hi, No price given… No Nothing! Unbelievable!
I’m sure since then I have dropped in a few other times for school project, detergents and other things but last night just took the cake… I walked in to pick up a few things right before closing, and OMG, the exact same type of rude behavior occurs, there were 2 workers, a male and a female, one sitting at the application center texting her smart phone and there was a guy dust mopping, both of them saw me standing at the cash register waiting to check out, she looked over and did not budge, but continued on her smart phone and he continued dust mopping for a while before strolling over to help. Again. No Hello, No Hi, No balance given… No Goodbye, No Nothing. I grab my bags and walked out shaking my head. I mean, I just don’t get it.
You are still a retail store, if people are not happy with the service rendered at an establishment they will go elsewhere.
About the store: This store keep stock out, but it’s always very messy and cluttered.
