In days where customer service is a rare commodity, I am always so impressed by this FedEx Office. Each time I have been there recently, they have been quick and helpful. Steve is an A+ employee. He is always extra friendly, professional, and happy to answer my(often dumb) questions. You can tell that he enjoys his work because of the smile on his face and his interactions with customers and his fellow employees. I’m grateful to have a great FedEx office close to my home. It’s comforting to know that I am going to have a pleasant experience when I need some assistance with professional projects.

They really helped us out with a last minute project. We need business cards cut, printed, and shipped within an hour. Melissa was really friendly and helpful and got our project done quickly.

Friendly staff but always sooooooooooo slow. That seems to be the going thing at most fedexs though. I think its less the staff and more that the customers tie up their time.

Went there for the first time to get my resume printed out professionally. I don’t know what or how the pace these two shleps work at but apparently their definition of «Real Busy» is one customer. The first guy I didn’t get his name but a slim black man said«I can;t help you its really busy». Which then he proceeded to point me to the self service PC’s. I told him I just need 2 pages of my resume printed out on high quality paper(that normally would cost around $ 1 a page) and if he could load from my USB memory stick. Again he said this time around we dont do that and pointed me to the self service PC’s. Mind you this is the FIRSTTIME I have been to a FEDEXKINKOS retail store. So following his demand I go to the self service PC’s. If you have not used their self service station before it entails credit card processing or buying a FEDEX card loading up a computer which is on the clock being charged and figuring out what printer your documents will come out of. After 20 min later and spending $ 7.80 wasting time learning how to and what on the PC and printer I printed my documents. So a mere 2 min job that oould have cost around $ 2 for a FEDEX representative to do cost me over TRIPLE and 30 min of my time. What a horrific experience and I also would like to mention the lack professionalism of the thin black representative, he called me «CHIEF» !!!(«HEYCHIEFYOUNEEDTOUSETHESELFSERVICEPC’s») I would only go back for using their resources and not rely on the service reps at this location.
