So I gave the older Lady a picture of the haircut I wanted and she had to squint to see the picture (I have a note 3 obviously not a small screen) and then said that i just wanted long layers. I said no I want it exactly like the picture. . (The picture has several layers) she gave me one long layer and cut in a A-cut form which is completely opposite of the picture. ON top of that I asked for only 1 – 2 inches off and she cut 5. That is a HUGE difference. I will NEVER be going back and I will warn everyone to stay away from here. They butcher your hair. That lady didn’t even know correct hair terms. (I worked in the salon/spa industry for over 5 years) — If I could give no stars I would.

Caveat emptor. OK place for an inexpensive cut depending on what day it is. Sometimes ok, sometimes huh? Be prepared to get what they want you to have.

This Great Clips is located in the Pavillions Shopping Center, in between the Kroger Supermarket and AJ’s Famous Seafood and PoBoys; and, about 300 feet from Ege Sushi & Japanese Cuisine. There are several hairdressers that have been here for several years. I sign-in and ask for Grace; she is my usual haircutter. She does a fine job, and the large number of men and women «regulars» that wait their turn for her is a testimony to her service. There are other hairdressers here that also have their loyal customers.

We had an AWFUL experience here this past weekend getting my 21 month old hair cut. Of course he cried but the lady cutting his hair was so nice and gave him a lollipop which helped. the reason this is getting one star is because the MANAGER busted out of the back room when my son started to cry and YELLED at me and my husband and the lady cutting his hair saying «oh no now we cant have that here!». She could have nicely and been respectful saying please can you try to keep your son quiet or anything like that. Her name is Kitty and she is the rudest most disrespectful lady ever. Still trying to figure out a way to get great clips corporate number so i can make a formal complaint.

usually very little wait when I come here, and depending on who cuts my hair I may get a student discount. Hooray for discounts! Also, a lovely lady named Doris does a great job. I try to request her if at all possible.
Also for those who are seasoned enough (ahem, elderly), They do $ 10 Haircuts on Wednesday.
