As usual cold food and slow service. .waited in line 25 min for a kids meal… never again this place is a joke! !!

SOMETIMES YOU JUST WANT A BURGER… and Hardees has big ass burgers.
On my way home one Sunday afternoon and in the mood for a big juicy, cheesy, grown folks burger, I happen to see this Hardee’s after getting off the expressway so thats where I went.
I went thru the drive– thru, I was torn between the frisco burger and the bacon & cheese thick burger. I settled on the bacon & cheese thickburger prior to arriving at the speaker, I didn’t remember how Hardee’s fries taste, so I only ordered the burger and a 30oz beverage (1.00 for a 30 oz drink).
The burger was big, but not juicy… cheesy and grown but nothing ran down my arm when I bit into it. lol. Now don’t get me wrong, it did it’s job in satisfying my craving but my vision and what actually happened just didn’t measure up.
The service I recieved at the drive — thru was fast and very friendly. Maybe I will try the monster burger on my next visit. :)

So, there’s not many places to choose from in this Franklin Road area, which means I end up at Hardee’s 1 – 2 times per week for breakfast. I have found their service to be friendly and quick, and the food hot and fresh, and as ordered. Haven’t been for lunch or dinner, but several coworkers enjoy their burgers for lunch pretty frequently.

I have been to this Hardees a few times in the past and found the food all right… place was somewhat clean. The problem was that the employee s just didnt care, they were loud, and never said hello or thank you.
But the last two times I have gone there seems to be a change. There is a nice young manager-​like lady there. (If she is not a manager then she should be) she has been very friendly, recommended items for purchase and even checked up on the diners. It seems like sge did everything by herself besides cook.
So because of her I give them a 4! Good work young lady! People do notice the extra effort. ;-)

I just moved back to the east coast from Las Vegas. While living out there… I was super in love with Carl’s Jr. This was my first experience with it since I never saw any in NYC. When I finally found out that Hardee’s is the same franchise, I found a location and had to get my fix. The only fix I got… was an upset stomach!
First of all… I was the ONLY customer. Not even one person in the drive-​thru. That right there should throw up the red flag. but I ordered anyway. I ordered the new burger that has some type of pulled pork on it. Looked good in the commercial, tasted like trash. Even the fries were super dry, like they been sitting out for a day.
Purely horrible experience. My love affair with that spot is over. The car ride home was not pleasant either.

Solid four stars. Super friendly service; they bring the food to you too!
Burger tastes charbroiled, which is a nice change from nasty McDonald’s or Wendy’s; the bacon is good quality too.
Definite winner.

I visit this Hardee’s maybe once every 1 to 1.5 years. It’s close to the office, so it works when I’m in a pinch, returning from an appointment or errand. Since I was a kid, I’ve always had an affinity for the Frisco Burger. Over time, the Frisco Burger changed and became the Frisco Thickburger (to fall in line with the rest of Hardee’s «Thickburger» lineup).
I recently had a Frisco Thickburger. It was good, but maybe a little too much burger. Most normal people should probably hate themselves after downing one of these. It’s thick, heavy, and loaded with sauce. One Frisco Thickburger is almost 1,000 calories. Make it into a combo and you’re looking at one meal that almost satisfies the average USDA 2,000-calorie diet. Speaking of combo, I ordered a large, and it worked out to be $ 7.40. Doesn’t that seem about a dollar higher than your typical fast food combo (burger, fries, drink)?
The Frisco Thickburger is comprised of a ¹⁄₃ lb. charbroiled Angus beef patty, two strips of bacon, Swiss cheese, and tomato. The two ingredients that really make the sandwich for me, though, are the onion-​mayo and buttered and grilled sourdough toast. These ingredients combine for a very full-​flavored, rich, and filling burger.
Hardee’s fries are on the crispy side when compared to its peers. It’s nowhere near the «potatoey» fries of Wendy’s and it seems to have way more crispy batter than Burger King and McDonald’s. McDonald’s, by the way, still has the best fast food fries IMO. They’ve had that recipe down for ages.
Sweet tea here is solid.
Remember the Six Dollar Burger? That thing was disgusting (ly good?).

Im from California where its called Carls JR and idk why southern people hate it. Its so good! You get huge burgers for the money. This place isn’t bad like people say give it a try!

I am not a huge fan of burgers. Nor am I a huge fan of Hardees. This place is an exception though. The employees make every effort to make you feel welcome and appreciated. They run the store very smoothly and are constantly doing little extras.
The food is no better or worse than any other fast food dive but the service is really nice. So if you feel the need for a fast food burger fix you might want to try this place. If fast food is not your thing then don’t bother.

When I used to live in the «great» city of Marietta, this place came heavily recommended by the «ex». I really had never gotten into the whole Hardees thing, and couldnt remember my experience or if I had ever been there.
Sometimes, you are given the opportunity to make decisions in life. On this one, I failed tremendously.
Or better, yet, Hardees failed me. I remember getting some type of «Big» burger with an order of fries. Yuck. Lettuce was warm, bun was soggy, and the burger plain and simple tasted disgusting.
I have tried Hardees a few more times (tipsy/​drunk – nope, still not good, in the morning for breakfast– nope, still not good – untraditional menu item – hell no, still not good).
I think its best that I give up.

I went to this store this morning for a bite to eat. I ordered the steaak biscuit combo with the hashbrowns and a sweet tea. I was elated to see that it looks like they have gotten those horrible potato wedge like things that they had replaced the hashbrowns with for a while. Yucky. Just give me the classic circular potato and I’m happy. Then, I drove off with my sandwich. It was horrendous. I had already told myself that this was going to be the end of my Hardees dealings and that sealed the coffin for me! Both the biscuit aand the meat were a yucky mushy consistency.
