Third time lucky I guess. This will be my third time going back to fix my shoes after the heal came loose after 1 day! I’m so annoyed. This time I want a refund plus extra for wasting my time.

Can you give NEGATIVE stars? I have come to Heel Quik in Cumberland Mall for years. They always did a fine job and the service was fine. Until yesterday. I forgot my claim ticket and the older African American man SCREAMED at me that he didn’t have time to find my shoes. He screamed for so long that I had to remind that instead of screaming we could be looking. I have never been treated this way. I have patronize them for years but will NEVER return. No human should be treated this way.

The address for this place is actually: 1233 Cumberland Mall SE, Atlanta, GA30339 and their number is(770) 438‑8204. It’s inside the Cumberland Mall as the previous reviewer stated — that other address is for Heel Sew Quik — that shoe repair shop where everyone complains about how rude the guy is. I just want to clear that up so they don’t lose business because people are confusing them with Heel Sew Quik.(Based on the complaints about the Seinfeld-Soup-Nazi-esque guy running Heel Sew Quik — this would definitely be a bad thing. Lol.) Went here for the first time the other day — they did a great job on my shoes. Hate the location — parking sucks at the mall — it’s not their fault — but I’m still taking off a star!

Heel Quik is a life saver… or better yet a shoe saver. :-D I don’t know how exactly I do it but I can take the best(and also least best) pair of high heeled boots or shoes and rub down the heel like no one can and sometimes at an angle. I just don’t get it, but luckily for me instead of chucking those perfectly fabulous shoes/boots just because the heel has been worn down(I blame the not so great sidewalks of Atlanta) there’s Heel Quik @ Cumberland Mall! Instead of going to the mall and spending another $ 50, $ 100, $ 200 for a new pair of shoes why not just pay $ 10 + and just have them repaired. Wouldn’t that make more sense? With the economy the way it is and having to do that holiday shopping for your loved ones none of need to spend the extra dough. PROS– The shop is located right by the entrance at Jasons Deli and Maggianos and if you’re anything like me and hate the mall then this is a great reason to not be hesitant about dropping those shoes off because it’s a quick walk in and right out again. The service is friendly and affordable. …and if you’ve got a last minute engagement to make and you were dying to wear your fav pair of shoes then they can usually have them repaired within in the same day and if not then definitely the next day. CONS — Parking’s a b**ch during the holiday season so be prepared to do some walking for what will literally take you 2 minutes to take care of once you’re inside the mall. Positive thing is although the process to drop the shoes off only takes a minute or two it’s a great way to get a little excercise I suppose. Or atleast that’s what I tell myself. lol
