I LOVE the food, the only issue is the service. The last time I went through the drive-​thru. It took me 37 minutes… 37 MINUTES to get my order and of course… it was wrong. I have never had that happen and honestly it makes me second think going there because I’m not sure if I will have time to get food. Hopefully they get a new staff so I can start enjoying again!

What a disappointment. The food here is sub par and not worth the money. This was my first time and my last. Mini sliders really? The meat is a joke and the onions were horrible. I guess if you were raised in the South this is how hamburger should be but when I want a hamburger I wanted to have a lot of meat and better flavor.

Krystal’s is awesome just always slow. It makes you happy. The originals Krystal’s are the best. Don’t try the bar b que onion ring ones

5 stars for a Krystal is a lot. But they really deserve it. I walked in to a very polite person at the counter who had a positive attitude and even complimented me! I got my order 100% right and the chicken sandwiches, fries, and lemonade I got were delicious. A great fast food joint indeed

I went through the drive thru so I can’t comment on the looks and atmosphere inside but the food was cooked fairly quickly and to order. Nothing special, it’s a place to go get some gut bombs, but at least the staff is quick, clean and professional.

It’s not White Castle, and not necessarily trying to be. Krystal’s is good… great when you’ve been drinking, and it’s reasonably priced. It’ll never be a must have for me, and they seem to close super early for some reason, forcing me to hit Marietta Diner across the street more often than I’d like…

Food is always good and the service is quick. I have never had an issue here. Friendly staff and great food. Drive thru is moving all the time. Never have to wait a long time. If you are not sure what to get, go with the mix n match.

I’ve been to this place many times and very much like their food… When they actually remember to bring it to me. The last two times I’ve visited it’s taken over 15 minutes to get my food, the last time they didn’t even know I was sitting there waiting. Apparently they thought I already has my food and was sitting in there texting people for fun.

I never get fancy here at Krystals. All I know about is the burger and fries, and I figured that’s all I need to know. Fish bites, chicken tenders, breakfast?! Nah, I’m good. «Gimme 4 cheeseburgers, fries, and a medium Sprite, please… Better yet, y’all have Ginger Ale?» Might be needing that Ginger Ale a little later…
There’s nothing like eating sinfully, even while knowing you’ll pay for it later. These burgers are small squares of seasoned ground beef on a bun, served with mustard, unless you specify otherwise. Very good, unique taste. Nobody else tastes like them except… well, I won’t utter their name. We don’t have them here in the South, so I can’t even touch on that. Don’t want to.
Now, if you’re like me (and my friends), you will suffer for eating this a couple hours later. Don’t worry, this will pass. You will experience an intestines-​cleaning like nobody’s business, and you will be ok. That’s why I save Krystals for late nights every blue moon. Haven’t been in awhile, but now I’m thinking that it’s time. Wish me luck.

For a fast food joint, they have some good food. I know it isn’t healthy but it isn’t about that right now (not in this review). Their milkshakes are second to Steak and Shake’s (fast food wise). Place is the White Castle of the South. Burgers, sliders are good, fries are delicious. Definitely a late night snack when need to sober up.
